An Eggstra Fun Easter

What a fun day! I got over the Flu the night before around 3 am. I was soooo glad! We had a fun time before church coloring and decorating our sporty easter eggs. We went to church at 1 and I almost broke down into tears when Jackson got to sing with the primary in his first "primary program." They sang "I know that my Redeemer lives." It was so cute. He didn't sing, but it was still adorable. Afterwards all of the Sunbeams were extra hyper and most of their families took them out to the hall or home lol!

We went to my parents house for Easter dinner and an Easter egg hunt! It was so fun to see Jackson and Jonathan compete for the biggest basket of eggs. Jackson kept saying, "mine, its mine." He even slid a few times on the grass for them! Cameron got a couple too! He even crawled for one! We were so glad it was a warm enough day to enjoy being outside.

It was a wonderful day! I really enjoyed just playing with my boys and my family! Although we really missed Megs and Jene! It would have been fun to have them here! We hope all of you had a Great day and I hope that we all took the time to remember what today is really all about! I am very grateful to my Heavenly Father for giving us His Son! I am extremely grateful for the atonement and for the resurrection of our Savior! It is through Him that I hope to someday be with my family again! To have my sons with me forever and to always be with my hubby and our families as well! What a great thing the gospel is! I am so grateful to have the knowledge that He lives! Happy Easter everyone! We love you!!!

Teeth, teeth and more teeth

Heaven help me! My, still nursing, baby has lots of sharp and huge teeth! Cameron also just received his 6 and 9 month shots. Yes at the same time! He also has an earache and the flu! All of which means no sleep for da mama! He won't eat anything and only is not crying when he is being held and walked around! Right now he is blowing zerberts on my arm, with the occasional clamp down and bite! Jackson is luckily taking a nap! Although sometimes I need him to make Cameron Happy! It is so cute, he smiles and all you can see is teeth! We call him Jaws! He also has found scratching and pinching is for him, well fun! I have a HUGE scratch on my face that just barely scabbed! It is oh so pretty! Well hope all is well for you and yours! Happy first day of Spring! We will post Easter pics soon!

CamBear

Cameron is a momma's boy! He has just learned that his voice can change in volume and he now officially SCREAMS when i put him down! He is teething again and we thought he was going to be a vampire for awhile, but his front two teeth just cut as well so... we will see! He LOVES to eat! He hasn't been sleeping very well, so he is pretty miserable right now. He just tried cheese this week and LOVES it! He of course, like his daddy, will eat anything. He loves to play and gets the biggest smiles on his face when daddy or Jax enter the room and give him attention. He says dada of course, but only mama when he has really just had it. He likes to read books and loves to be sung to. He is so frustrated because he wants to move around, but still can't crawl. He refuses to be put on his stomache AT ALL. He just keeps turning around in circles on his little bum, getting into anything he can reach. He reaches to me and then as he is sitting folds in half trying to get himself to move forward. He is so adorable and resembles a little polar bear. It is just too bad that no one loves him lol! We are so lucky to have him and are glad that, so far, he is calmer than Jackson. I love having a mama's boy, most of the time! We love you Camers!

Action Jackson

Jackson is our little ball of energy! The boy NEVER sits still! He has even been known to talk in his sleep! He loves any Disney or Pixar movie and has seen them so many times (I need some time alone too lol) that he has started quoting them! He became a Sunbeam in Primary in January and LOVES it! He requested that the entire Primary in opening exercises sing "Spongebob Squarepants". You can imagine how proud we are! He is our little reminder of family prayer and scripture time! He loves sports and playing any kind of ball. He is a GREAT older brother and loves teaching Cameron new things. Just this morning Cameron hit him in his face with a toy and Jackson said "Cameron we are not supposed to fight each other." After which he promptly came to tattle tale! He loves parties and balloons and is already telling me what kind of character cake he wants. Everyday is different! We love him to pieces and we are glad he loves his friends, cousins and aunts and uncles! He is getting better at the whole pee pee on the potty thang and can't wait to get to go to school! He has even learned his ABC's! Before I know it he will be going on a mission! Time flies! Especially with his energy! He is "mommy's ig elper." We love you Jackson!

Welcome!

Well, it is official! We are finally cool! Welcome to our family blog! To catch you up a little, we are in a very busy time in our lives. Cordell is finishing up his Bachelors and at the moment is taking 5 classes, working full-time and helping me manage apartments. On Sunday's he is thrilled to be out of the Nursery and finally able to meet adults in our Ward. He is now the EQ Secretary and loving it! You can probably guess how often we see each other! It is up to me to keep myself busy enough to be entertained! I accomplish this by being the proud mother of 2 incredibly handsome boys! Jackson who is 3 and 1/2 and Cameron who is 9 months! Where does the time go? I also was released from the YW and am now the Ward Activity Chair...oh joy! We are hoping to get school done with and have some money saved up for a down payment to finally own a home of our own...eventually! Some days we feel like we are just keeping our heads above water, treading and treading. Others are filled with fun and we are truly just trying to enjoy the moment and our two boys! We know that if we keep enduring, life will eventually work its way out and we will be blessed and happy! I am thrilled about this Blog thang..and think it is a great way for me to keep close friends and family updated! We love you, oh and thanks for dropping by! Do come again, wont you?
