OUCH!

BEFORE

My baby had to have another surgery! Poor kid! He has chronic ear infections/aches and so today he got ear tubes (again) and also had his tonsils and adnoids taken out!! OUCH!!! He loved all the attention and all the "free" stuff he got! He didn't like his blood taken, but loved the bugs bunny bandaid! He told every nurse and doctor that saw him ..."I don't like shots, they are not Jacksons favorite!" Everyone just laughed and then when they came in to wheel him out he told the nurses and doctor that he didn't like doctors! It was soooo funny! They were all very cute with him and all things considered it went really well! He was such a trooper! Iwas too until they brought him back from waking up and he was crying and trying to reach me, but his IV was tangled and so to get to me he decided to rip it out! Then he saw the blood and said "oh no, I got blood." I got all choked up because I knew he was in pain and I couldn't take it away! The good news is that I got lots of snuggles and we all have a great excuse to eat lots of ice cream! We love you so much Jackson and we are glad that you are feeling better already. The hardest part is going to be getting you to settle down and heal lol! We love you buddy!!! AFTER

Please Wont You Be My Neighbor?

Well we finally had our apartment party for all of our tenants! It was a HUGE success! We rented a 12 foot water slide and had great food! As you can tell from the pics it was a BLAST!!! We have so many friends here and really love having friends for our kids too! It makes our apartments feel more like a neighborhood! Being a manager can be stressful, but it is nice to be more in control of who lives in the complex! We have wonderful neighbors and love the missionary experiences living in the apartments has given us! We like living "where everybody knows your name."

BYU Football 2008.....THE QUEST

Ahhhh BYU football! A magical time of full of pride, tradition, togetherness, MWC titles, our awesome fight song, an entire stadium dancing to the tubas rendition of "popcorn popping", die hard fans (like me), and ulcers brought on by the cougs winning in the last seconds of the game! I LOVE the Cougs! I am getting so excited! I love the fall weather and the smell of good food while you sit with perfect strangers cheering on our beloved cougs playing the greatest game ever invented! We finally got Comcast too, so we can watch the games now, not that I don't love listening to away games on the radio....zzzzzzzzzzzz! ........So there is no question that I am ready for BYU Football.........the question is ARE YOU?

Camp Washburn

So we went camping and had a BLAST! So many family members were able to make it! It was so nice to see everyone and just hang out and have fun! We were dissapointed in the fact that our campground had NO trees (I missed my hammock)! It rained a little and I didn't sleep and I froze all night long! It was a blast at the lake and I loved all the good food and especially the company! Thank you for all that came and supported our little get together! Thanks to Klint's and Marcie's families for traveling so far to come! We really had a GREAT time! We hope we get to do this again soon! I am off to take a nap! Thanks again! It was really fun! Copper's Pups!

Copper is a daddy and we got to spend some time with them this weekend! They are sooooo cute and our kids just loved them! Copper was even really cute with them and wanting to constantly be with them! He kissed them constantly and wimpered we hw was too far away! We really think these Pekapoo's turned out really cute! They were a big hit at the camp-out, such a big hit that we are going to do another batch this coming spring! So if you want one let us know lol! They are sooooo soft and snuggly and everyone had a great time with them! We are sad that one died previously, but loved the 3 that are growing up to be adorable puppies! Jackson just loves them and took one with him everywhere and was really really soft and cute with them! Cameron was a little hard and wanted to ride them lol! We had to watch him and drag him away alot! He loved them too, just a little too much lol! Thanks Cin for bringing them up! Sooo cute!

Don't You Dare.....

OK, I have had soooooo much to do! I haven't started reading Breaking Dawn yet, so don't tell me ANYTHING!! I hear it can be spoiled so I don't want to know anything! We spent the weekend camping and I didn't get one second of reading time! Way too much to do and my little ones were not at there easiest lol! Hopefully I can catch up on some rest today and reading tonight! I am sooo excited!

Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head...

Ok..... it finally rained (as much as it can in Utah lol)! We were sooooo excited! Cordell had to stop working and have fun with us! Jackson and Owen had a ball and it looked like way to much fun, so I of course had to join in! The best way to look young is to act young right? lol! I had WAY TOO MUCH FUN!! As you can see from the pics! I look really adorable in all of them and I am thinking of becoming a water model! We had a blast and even Cameron joined into the fun! He was really not sure of what was going on, you could see the wheels in his head turning and trying to make sense of it all! It was a GREAT day! It felt REALLY GOOD to let loose and act like a child again! I had fun with my boys and that's what counts! They are constantly reminding me what is important in this life! Thanks boys for a really good time, and a GREAT break from reality! I love you!
