Were NUTS....And Goodbye Rocky!

Ok so in catching everyone up with the last 2 months of our lives, I cannot leave out Cordell taking the boys pine nut hunting with his family! This is something that I really hope becomes a yearly tradition! Of course, everyone that went thinks I should go before I make it a yearly trip lol! I was sad I missed out, but got more Megs time while she was here! Jackson had so much fun working with his daddy and cousins! He really got into it and took his own pics too! This trip is where we also found a new pet lizard. Jackson named him "rocky." I thought it was such a cute name too! Sadly I need to post with this that Rocky got sick this week and died yesterday! We were all very sad and Jackson fought back the tears when he demanded to be the one to flush him. Then right after we said our farewells, Jackson turned to me and said..."now what kind should we get?" Ahhh lovely! Not until after Christmas, at least. I just fill bad that Rocky was sick and suffering for 3 days! I tried to read up on what I could do, and even tried the bath soaks and the force feeding and everything, but I guess he just needed to go! So Rocky we will miss you!

"What's Next Mom?"

So soccer has ended and at Jackson's last game he was THRILLED to get a medal and kept saying, "I can't believe I won the whole thing." It was as good as a gold medal in the olympics to him! I didn't have the heart to explain that they didn't win, but that everyone got one lol! We took pictures of the team again and got pics with the Coach. I was so proud to see how well he has picked up on the rules and how to play like a team. He is going to be so fun to watch when he is older too... I of course will need anti-anxiety meds to watch and not get too involved lol! I CAN"T be one of THOSE mothers lol! Her is a slide show of his last soccer games! After the season ended Jackson looked at me and said... "What's next mom? ...... Oh I know Hockey!" Uh yeah I don't thinks so! ENJOY :)

My Eternal Birthday

So I turned 29! This will from this point on always be my age lol! I refuse to turn 30! I had agreat birthday week! I had a party with my family and lunches with my friends and a family party with my kiddos! I am so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life who love me and care about me! I have an amazing family and married into an amazing family too! I also have the best kids and hubby ever! I have to say I am a lucky, lucky girl! Happy Birthday to me!

Anniversary Get Away

My Hunny and I have been married for 8 years now! I love him sooo much and know that I married the best hubby in the entire world! I love you Cordell!

So my hunny planned a surprise this year! He took me to a super nice time - share in St George to just relax and have fun for 4 days! This is the first year since having kiddos that we have gone anywhere without them! I missed them, but had a BLAST! We went lizard hunting for the kids and even found 1. We went to VEGAS and had fun eating at my favorite buffet at the RIO and got lots of pics for the kids too. We hurried back to the condo to watchi the BYU VS Oklahoma game and LOVED that we won! The rest of the time was spent eating my favorite foods, getting massages and playing around in the pool and in the clubhouse. We just enjoyed being together! Cordell arranged for me to get my hair done and a spray tan before we left too! I LOVED it! We played games and watched movies and slept in! I couldn't have asked for a better 8 year anniversary! Thnks baby!!

A Sister Comes To Visit!

OK so my sister and her family came into town for a visit! We felt bad because Cordell and I ditched off for 4 days on our anniversary trip and didn't get enough time with them! I was also really lame with the pics and this is the only one I got! I know...what has happened? It was great to get to just hang out and talk and I played alot with baby Eric...who is a total doll and I am planning to kidnap him just as soon as I can master my plans! We love you Megs and LOVED having you here! We are sad we only saw Gene for such a short time, but loved the time with him too! Love you guys!! Come again....how does TODAY work for you?
